About Me
I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa, graduating summa cum laude. Before venturing into Private Practice, I undertook my community service year in a rural hospital in South Africa, where I worked across surgical, orthopaedic, intensive care, and paediatric wards.
I completed a postgraduate qualification in the Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Course, expanding my knowledge and skills in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
I have furthered my training through courses in female pelvic health, Pilates, hydrotherapy, and pain neuroscience, which have deepened my ability to support people in a variety of ways and across different stages of life. I have also had the privilege of learning from inspiring teachers, mentors and professionals, which has continued to shape my practice and outlook. My most important teachers continue to be my patients.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) professional network.
